Wide Band Gap Materials
Wide Band Gap Materials (WBGM) is an open-access journal that promotes the rapid publication of experimental and theoretical investigations of materials with an energy band gap wider than about two electronvolt (2 eV), including III-V nitrides, zinc oxide, silicon carbide, diamond and II-VI semiconductors. WBGM is dedicated to reporting all aspects of scientific and technological advances in growth, material properties, and devices through the following types of articles:
- Letters: up-to-date reports of original research finding
- Reviews: comprehensive views of recent series of investigations
- Perspectives: personal commentaries that highlight important new developments
