Functional structures based on chalcogenide glasses obtained via nanocomposite techniques and their applications
In present work the direct one-step diffraction relief grating formation with the use of chalcogenide glasses nanomultilayers of compositions based on As2S3–Se, As37S58Ge5–Se and As2S3Mn2%–Se were studied. Optical parameters for nanomultilayers integrally and constituent nanolayers are calculated on the base of single-oscillator model. Scalar and vector holographic methods were exploited for explanation of diffraction efficiencies dependencies. The possibility of direct one-step magnetic relief formation using NML As2S3Mn2%-Se was shown. We summarized of our results concerning the optical and polarization recording properties of selected chalcogenide glasses compositions which were obtained in frame of the SECURE–R21 project implementation.
